Directions
Pour 1 cup of rice into a clean plastic container. Pour in a bit of vinegar (about 1 teaspoon) and a few drops of food coloring,
Add the lid and swirl it around a bit using a spoon or toothpick. Then put on the lid and shake vigorously until all the rice is colored.
Repeat the process to make as many colors and much as you like rice, rinsing the container that is plastic between colours.
